And the week of clear up took only because we did it step by step, not an overload of 20 chemicals all at once. In that week I learned more things about what I should do with my pool, than I have since I put it in five years ago. And besides their help, they don't cost an arm and a leg. " J. As a consumer, I notice more and more, if I am a new customer somewhere I am rewarded with all types of discounts, but my 20 years of patronage gets me nothing. I was driving by from Newburgh to Poughkeepie and pulled in quickly to check out because I was frustrated with my local pool company. I spoke with a woman who answered all of my questions and problems I'd been experiencing. She recommended products to assist but didn't shove any down my throat. I told her I'd think about it and thanked her. On the way home I stopped back and was greeted with a smile and more answers. I was blown out of the water when before purchasing anything she asked me "What do you have at home?" No other place has ever asked or then proceeded to say I could use some of what I had.
